I have been working as an orthodontic front desk receptionist for the past 20 years. I provide information regarding insurance and I’m also the accounts receivable manager for the practice. I love being at the front desk and helping patients make a seamless transition into braces. I moved to Connecticut from Puerto Rico when I was a teenager and being bilingual lets me assist families who are in need of translation so everyone feels comfortable at Greater Hartford Orthodontics. In my spare time I love to dance and spend time with my family.
